HAMILTON, OH -

A little league administrator has been jailed without bond and accused of possessing child pornography.

Roger Fox Jr, 49, has been indicted on 14 charges of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Fox currently serves as District 9 Administrator for the Ohio Little League.

Tim Nichtine is a coach and a board member with Butler county's West Side league and says he's in shock. "To me its just amazing. I can't understand why....I just don't understand why people do stuff like that."

Nichtine says its a blow to the sport. "Anytime you get somebody messing wrong with kids its just not a pretty picture and there's nothing else you can and I just think it hurts little league as a whole."

Fox has also been a football referee and little league umpire, but Nichtine says that as a district administrator Fox's contact with children is limited. "He does not have a direct day to day contact with kids. He just organizes and makes sure your league is up and running."

According to court documents Fox was involved in child pornography incidents  beginning in March of 2010 through August 2012 which has some parents worried.

Steve Monnin is President of the West Side League and says he's been getting a lot of phone calls. "They're concerned if...they want to know if Roger was in contact with the kids and we've reassured a lot of people that....we're putting it on our website that Roger's son played there, he came and watched, he didn't coach, he didn't interact with kids."

Jim Sunberg says he used to run background checks on anyone who has contact with kids....except Roger Fox. "I was the safety director for the past three years. I actually ran background checks on these kinds of things and with him being above us he didn't have to do a background check through us since he never coached or was directly involved. He had kids at the league, but that was it."

According to Butler County court documents, the indictments include both second and fourth degree felony charges stemming from incidents on March 6, 2010 through Aug. 30, 2012.

Fox will appear before a judge on Jan. 7.
