CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Houston Texans defeated the Bengals 13-19 Saturday evening at Reliant Stadium.
For the second season in a row, Houston hosted the Bengals in the post-season opener. Last year, the Bengals lost 31-10 as rookie Andy Dalton threw three interceptions.
The Bengals were searching for their first playoff win since January 6, 1991. The now 22 year playoff drought ranks as the longest active playoff losing streak in the NFL.
The Texans will face the New England Patriots next Sunday at Gillette Stadium in Boston.
