GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
A Westwood man was in court Monday after an attempted child abduction from a McDonald's bathroom.
Donald Weisner, 45, was arrested after an interaction with a child at a McDonald's on Glenway Avenue.
According to reports, Weisner hid behind the bathroom door as a child entered. The victim claims that Weisner put a finger to his mouth indicating that the child should keep quiet.
As the child tried to leave the bathroom, Weisner moved toward the child and grabbed his shoulder.
After taken into custody, Weisner stated that he was high on crack and doesn't remember interacting with the child.
Weisner's bond was set at $7,500.
