PIKE COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - An Ohio woman pled guilty Monday to a crash that killed a retired Fort Thomas Police Officer.

Nancy Jagers, of Jackson, Ohio, admitted to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and failure to stop after a fatal accident in a crash that killed Thomas G. Fritz.

The crash occurred in May of 2011 in Pike County, Ohio.
