No bond for Hamilton bar murder suspect

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - The suspect in a murder outside of a Hamilton bar was in court on Tuesday morning.

Myron Lamar Doby, aka 'Cowboy', is accused murdering of Donnell Holland. Holland's body was found in the parking lot of the Grub Pub Bar on Hancock Avenue, on December 28th.

At his pre-trial hearing on Tuesday, Doby plead not guilty to the murder charge.

He is being held without bond. A judge in the case originally set a bond of $250,000, but in court on Tuesday, Doby's lawyer asked for no bond.

His lawyer said he believes evidence in the case will come to light which will lower Doby's bond.

Doby turned himself into the Butler County Sheriff's Department after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

His trial is scheduled to start January 23, 2013.
