Forecast: Warm & humid, storms possible

Posted: Updated:
(Toledo News Now) -

Another warm & humid day. Temperatures warming into the upper 70s by midday, topping out in the middle 80s later this afternoon. High levels of humidity will keep conditions on the uncomfortable side. Light clothes in light colors will be a necessity for anyone spending extended periods of time outdoors.

Showers and thunderstorms are still on the radar for today. We're tracking a band to the south of our area with scattered activity possible south and west of Toledo. Afternoon thunderstorms may develop with the help of some midday heating.

Tonight, temperatures drop into the middle and upper 60s. Muggy, warm.

The upcoming weekend has very few chances of showers still moving through. Saturday, there is a 30% chance of showers and tstorms developing in the afternoon hours. Sunday will be mainly dry.

Expect more heat and humidity moving forward. Highs approaching the 90s by Monday.
