CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center hosted an event on Friday in honor of Human Trafficking Awareness Day.
Church leaders from the Tri-State offered a night of prayer for human trafficking.
Hundreds of people turned out for the event. Local pastors and religious leaders discussed the role that churches can play in the mobilization to eliminate modern-day slavery.
The event was scheduled from 7 to 11 p.m., located at 50 East Freedom Way.
