CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Bengals defensive tackle Geno Atkins has been named to the first team on the Associated Press NFL All-Pro team.
Atkins received the most votes among defensive tackles and the third-most among all defensive players behind J.J Watt and Aldon Smith.
Atkins led the interior linemen in sacks with 10.5 and will be in the Pro Bowl for his second straight year. Last year, Atkins was named to the second team.
Atkins is the first Bengal in six seasons to be named to the first team. Wide receiver Chad Johnson and right tackle Willie Anderson were named back in 2006.
