Two juvenile suspects in the murder of a Milan, Ind. woman appeared in court on Tuesday.
Allison Moore was extradited last week from Hamilton County to Ripley County for the murder of Nancy Hershman.
A 15-year-old in the case waived extradition and will be taken to Indiana to continue court proceedings. The 16-year-old also charged is fighting extradition and will appear in an Ohio court on February 13th.
Trial for Moore was scheduled for June 17th, and no bond was set. A preliminary hearing will be held on April 29th.
