FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) -
Florence Police are attempting to identify a suspect who is wanted for forgery and identity theft.
He is accused of using a fake identity to cash fraudulent Cincinnati Bell payroll checks.
He cashed one in Florence at the Clark station on December 16, 2012 and another in Taylor Mill on December 21, 2012.
He used the name of Robert L Martin with a Florence address and a Kentucky driver's license number which is no good.
The phone number on the checks comes back to a deceased Robert Martin. Both checks were written for approximately $350.
