Police suspect five-year-old in infant's death

Police in the southwest Ohio city of Hamilton suspect a five-year-old boy in the death of six-week-old girl. A coroner says today the girl died from a skull injury from her head being banged. Cardasia Goens died Wednesday at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. The boy is not related to Cardasia. Butler County Prosecutor Robin Piper says his staff's researching how to handle the case. He says you can't arrest a five-year-old. Detectives will meet with Children Services caseworkers to determine whether counseling or other services should be recommended.
