CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
With another restaurant opening its doors at The Banks, only one more retail space remains available to lease. Now, the city is gearing up for Phase II of the project.
WG Kitchen and Bar is the newest business, opening last Saturday, and it's already drawing a crowd.
This building is one of the last developments left in Phase I of The Banks project downtown. Project executive John Deatrick says the big picture is coming together right on time.
Phase II includes plans for a new hotel, which will be located across from Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame.
Officials also expect 2013 to be a busy, but exciting year, with WG Kitchen and Bar opening, in addition to the Yard House opening in March.
The entire Banks project will not be complete until 2020.
