ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

The lights are back on for some residents in Anderson Twp. after downed power lines and a transformer fire.

A tree fell onto the power lines in the 400 block of Asbury Road early Wednesday morning. As a result, several homes lost power in the area.

Duke Energy was called to the scene, and power was completely restored.

Asbury Road was closed to traffic near Ayers in both directions, but reopened around 7:45 a.m.
