Man Describes Murder In 911 Call

A North College Hill man admitted to a 911 operator Saturday morning that he stabbed his roommate to death.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Department tells FOX 19, although apparently intoxicated, Timothy Bellingham described the homicide in great detail during the seven minute 911 call.  The victim, Mark Goodin, was found dead by investigators on the living room floor of the Catalpa Avenue home around 3:30am.  Several times during the conversation with the 911 operator, Bellingham said he killed his roommate because he had to defend himself.

Bellingham is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a murder charge.
