A man convicted of the deaths of two people at a west Nashville restaurant more than five years ago is now facing new charges.
Channel 4 has learned that Jason Bobo is charged with two counts of aggravated rape for an attack that allegedly happened in May 2007.
Just five months later, Bobo shot and killed two employees during a robbery at the Bellacino's restaurant on White Bridge Road.
Bobo is serving a life sentence for the murders. It's not clear what led to the new charges.
