CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The City of Cincinnati has enacted its emergency reporting procedure for Friday morning.

Police have been ordered not tom respond to the scene of accidents in which no injuries have occurred and all vehicles are operative.

If you are involved in an accident within the city, drivers need to contact the police district in which the accident happened.

There is no word on when the emergency reporting procedure will be lifted.
