New action is coming in the fight to repeal Cincinnati's sexual orientation amendment.
The group "Citizens to Restore Fairness" will go to city hall today (Tuesday) to present voter signatures in favor of putting the repeal on the November ballot. Voters passed Article 12 in 1993. It prevents gays and lesbians from being considered a "protected class". Those who pushed for the charter amendment say they will defend it.
