NORTH FAIRMOUNT, OH (FOX19) -

One man has been arrested after a car ran into a barrier near a North Fairmont house.

Police say David O'Donnell crashed his car on Weron Lane around 7:30 p.m on Saturday.

He was arrested for heroin possession and failure to follow a police order.

After the crash, a passenger in the car ran off. Police say they have no charge against the passenger and are not looking for him.
