1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. Bisquick or like mix
2/3 c. milk
1 lg. can peaches (heavy syrup)
Melt butter in Pyrex pan 13 x 9 inch. Mix together Bisquick mix, sugar and milk. Pour into center of butter. (Do not stir.) Pour peaches in center of mixture (do not stir).
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn oven off and let set in oven a few minutes.
Top with whipped cream (optional) or ice cream.
