Recipe from Debby Nicholson of Texas
4-6 chicken breasts
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped nuts (can be assorted)
1 cup halved seedless grapes
1 cup mayonaise or Miracle whip
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. course ground peper
Simmer chicken using some onion and celery leaves, until tender. Drain off broth. Cut into chunks and let cool. After cooling completely, add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate.
