Youngsters become citizens at amusement park

Plenty of young people show up at amusement parks. But there's a different reason for a gathering of children this morning at the Paramount's Kings Island park north of Cincinnati. Fifty children from all over the world are expected to become US citizens at a ceremony conducted by a federal judge. The children are from Russia, Bosnia, Vietnam and the Philippines. US District Judge Walter Rice is to conduct the citizenship ceremony at ten this morning on the stage of the Paramount Theatre. It's the third year the event has taken place at Kings Island.
