Girl Scout Cookies arrived in Cincinnati on Saturday.
Volunteers for the Girl Scouts of America picked up the cookies on Saturday at several "drops" around the Cincinnati area for their troop's initial cookie orders.
Girl Scouts of Western Ohio offer a total of six Girl Scout cookies: Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Trefoils, Do-Si-Dos and Savannah Smiles.
In addition to the cookies, The Girl Scouts of Western Ohio have added new snack bars, made with rolled oats, crispy cereal flakes and chewy granola and a chocolaty-smooth coating. There are two varieties—Double Dutch and Tagalongs. Girl Scout snack bars are individually wrapped in packages of five.
Girl Scout Cookies will be distributed to customers within the next few weeks.
