River Downs announced the opportunity to purchase a piece of the racetrack history on Wednesday.

The track, located in Anderson Township, first opened in 1925. It was recently demolished to make way for a major renovation to the stadium.

Officials say 300 seats from the iconic stadium are available for sale at $25 each with a limit of 10 per person.

Over the last 88 years, the track has held several racing events and legends.

The more than $200 million project planned will transform River Downs into a Gaming and Entertainment Center, complete with video lottery terminals, dynamic restaurants, VIP lounge, additional parking and more. It's expected to be completed in late 2014.

The stadium seats are available thru March 22nd.
