It looks like Friday morning is going to be a messy morning.
If you have somewhere to be at the crack of dawn, be careful!
The Ohio Department of Transportation says it cannot pre-treat roads because the Ford First Alert Forecast calls for rain first and salt will just get washed away -- but they are ready to roll as soon as the weather hits.
Snow and freezing rain are expected to make roads slick for the morning and that has different people preparing in different ways.
Some said that they are going to leave a little early to avoid heavy traffic and take their time while others plan to just stay home.
If you are feeling a little fatigue from yet another round of winter weather, here's a little perspective from a visitor from Minnesota.
"How's our weather compared to yours?" asked 19 Action News Reporter George Smith.
"This is beautiful. I'm unzipped. It's beautiful. It was minus 3 degrees when I left," exclaimed the Minnesota man.
At least one person we spoke to had an excellent plan to cope.
"I'm going to Aruba in two weeks," said one Clevelander.
Hate it or love it, most folks say this is a typical Cleveland winter and preparation is key to dealing with the mess that snow and ice bring with it.
