Court rules `Napa' wine must be made in Napa

Napa wine has to come from the Napa Valley. That's the ruling from the California Supreme Court. The ruling upholds a state law requiring that wine sold with "Napa" on the label must be made from at least 75 percent Napa-grown grapes. The state law was blocked after Bronco Wine won an injunction from a state appellate court. Bronco argued the law was an unconstitutional restriction of free speech. Bronco products include the Napa Ridge brand, made from grapes grown outside the Napa Valley.
