DELHI TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
A Florence man has been arrested in Delhi after he was found with a stolen car and drugs.
A Delhi officer came into contact with a stolen vehicle Wednesday evening while on patrol in the 400 block of Pedretti Avenue.
A traffic stop was conducted, and John Gagen was arrested for possessing the stolen vehicle. He was also in possession of marijuana, prepared for distribution.
Gagen was charged with receiving stolen property (vehicle), drug trafficking, and driving under suspension. Gagen also had an open warrant out for his arrest.
He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
