A Lockland mother of two is behind bars on drug and child endangerment charges after a park ranger catches her in an illegal act.

According to a report, a park ranger was doing a routine check of cars in Winton Woods when he approached the car that Tessa Dryer was sitting in with her two children, ages 9 and 2-months.

The ranger reported that Dryer seemed nervous, so he asked if he could search the car.

During the search, the ranger said he found three needles, two of them loaded with heroin.

According to the report, Dryer had a rubber band wrapped around her arm.

Dryer was taken to jail where she was charged with possession of drugs and child endangerment. In court on Monday her bond was set at $7,500.
