Utah prosecutors have until later today to file charges against a man suspected of killing his wife and dumping her body in a garbage bin. Mark Hacking was arrested last Monday. Prosecutors were supposed to file charges three days after his arrest, but a judge granted an extension as prosecutors prepare their case. Meantime, crews and cadaver dogs were out again last night at the Salt Lake County landfill looking for Lori Hacking's body. It's the fifth day of searching the landfill, and police say the dogs will take a break before returning to the site. Lori Hacking was reported missing July 19th by her husband who told police she never returned from a morning jog.
