FALLS CHURCH, Va., March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 56 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable May 10, 2013, to shareholders of record on April 12. The dividend represents a 9.8 percent increase from the previous quarterly dividend of 51 cents per share. This is the 16^th consecutive annual dividend increase authorized by the General Dynamics board.
