MASON, OH (FOX19) -

A University of Cincinnati sorority held its annual golf outing to raise money for a good cause.

The Zeta Chapter of Delta Delta Delta held its annual Swing For St. Jude event on Sunday.

The event raised money for Tridelta's national philanthropy, the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, through a game of golf.

Participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf at the Crooked Tee Golf Course in Mason. An awards dinner, free drinks and raffle prizes were also included.

The cost for golf and dinner was $50 for students and $70 for non students.

Tridelta adopted the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital as their national philanthropic partner in 1999. The sorority strives to raise $15 million nationally for the hospital in five years.
