(FOX19) - A surprising move for the state of Ohio on Tuesday as the private non-profit board of JobsOhio agreed to turn over all financial records to the state auditor's office.

For weeks, JobsOhio has insisted that it is a private entity and the state does not have the right to audit all of its books.

The state auditor says he does.
