Senior Bush administration officials say the president will announce in Cincinnati his decision to bring home 70,000 uniformed military personnel from posts around the world. Most of the men and women would return to the U.S. from Europe and Asia. Another 100,000 family members and support peronnel are also being asked to head home. The changes will have no effect on forces in Iraq or Afghanistan. Bush will speak to the Veterans of Foreign Wars convention in Downtown Cincinnati Monday morning.
