Frisch’s Buttermilk Ranch Wild Rice Salad

What you will need:  for about 10 to 12 servings

  • 4 cups  Wild rice blend – cooked and chilled
  • 2 cups  Broccoli floret, blanched and chilled
  • 1 cup   Shredded raw carrots
  • ¾ cup   Black beans, (canned, rinsed and drained)
  • ¾ cup   Garbanzo beans, (canned, rinsed and drained)
  • ¾ cup   Red Kidney beans, (canned, rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup   Frisch's Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Preparation:

  • Place all above ingredients in large bowl
  • Stir in the Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, use more or less to desired moisture level
  • If needed, sprinkle with a touch of salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

  • This recipe can be made up in advance and chilled for up to two days.
