Horseshoe Casino unveils 'The Spread Buffet'

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A new buffet-style restaurant is joining Bobby Flay's Burger Palace and Margaritaville inside Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati.

'The Spread Buffet' offers fine dining, with a Queen City flair. From goetta sliders to Hudephol and Moerlein brew, the new restaurant offers a familiar taste.

But also, an international edge, touching on Asian, Italian and even Mexican cuisine.

"We've got flavors from around the world and that's something we bring unique to Cincinnati. We have one area where you can come in and taste multiple cuisines all with one plate," said Pete Ghione, Spread Buffet Executive Chef.

Ghione describes it as a buffet experience like no other, with seven live-action cooking stations, including a dessert bar with 70 different choices of Cincinnati sweets.

In addition, the 1,700 staff members at Horseshoe Casino get to enjoy the buffet's leftovers in the employee cafeteria.

The Spread Buffet is open daily for lunch and dinner, located adjacent to Jack Binion's Steak House inside the casino.
