FORECAST: What to expect for Opening Day

(FOX19) -

With sunshine present a good portion of the day on Friday, the official temperature was pushed into the upper 50s.

Saturday will be nice reaching a high of 60 degrees.

You will likely awaken to claps of thunder on Easter Sunday with scattered showers throughout the day. Temperatures will again be close to 60 degrees.

Then, the bad news settles in for Cincinnati Reds fans on Monday.

Opening Day will be less than desirable with a light mix of rain and snow during the day and for the game. Game-time temperatures at 4 p.m. will be in the upper 30s with the chance of sprinkles and flurries.

There is no big warm up in the near future.
