COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police are looking for the driver who crashed a stolen car, then took off on foot.

It happened late Thursday night in the 400 block of East 13th Street.

Police say a sheriff's deputy tried to stop a 2006 Dodge Stratus on Ridge Avenue and Highland Avenue that was reported stolen from the City of Cincinnati. The driver took off on southbound I-71 and exited onto Reading Road.

The deputy lost sight of the vehicle and terminated the pursuit. The stolen vehicle was located moments later by Cincinnati Police after the driver struck a parked car.

A K-9 track of the suspect was unsuccessful.
