Charges have been filed against one of the teen drivers involved in a crash that killed three teenagers in Ripley County.
The is charged with reckless homicide and reckless driving for the crash that occurred on March 7.
According to a police report, the teen and the other teen driver involved in the crash, Timothy "Curtis" Bowman, both sped up to run the stop sign at the intersection of CR 850W and Fairground Road.
Two of the passengers in the charged teen's truck reported that he sped up intentionally to run the stop sign and get through the intersection before Bowman.
Bowman, 17, and two other teens, Samantha Henson, 18, and Jacob Vogel, 18, were killed in the crash. Vogel was a passenger in Bowman's truck and Henson was a passenger in the other teen's.
All of the teens were leaving an FFA meeting at Hopewell Church.
