Cincinnati, OH (FOX19) - Several local players were taken in the NFL draft. Former Princeton high school quarterback Spencer Ware was a sixth round pick of the Seattle Seahawks. Ware played running back at LSU.
In the seventh round Miami quarterback Zac Dysert heard his name called. Dysert was chosen by the Denver Broncos after a career with the Redhawks that included more than 12-thouand yards passing.
Also in the seventh round the Packers selected former Lloyd high school receiver Charles Johnson who starred in college at Grand Valley State.
