Man sentenced for murder of teen in Westwood

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A man was sentenced to 21 years in prison on Tuesday for a murder in Westwood.

Dantonio Devante James, 19, shot and killing Deiontay Owens, 18, on Aug. 11, 2012 in the 3900 block of Yearling Court.

Owens died at the hospital.

James pled guilty to amended charges of voluntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery and having weapons under disability.
