Former channel nine reporter Stephen Hill has more time to prepare for his trial. He's accused of molesting four teenage boys and now won't go on trial until October.
His attorney Ken Lawson requested the delay claiming he had not been able to "work some things out" with the prosecutor.
Prosecutors say they did not discuss a plea agreement and their case is strong. Hill says he is ready for a trial. Prosecutor Rick Gibson told FOX19 that, "as strong as a case can be in this thing. We have victims who describe something and then sure enough its seen on video. So that's how strong it gets."
Hill pleaded not guilty to 12 counts of sexual battery and unlawful conduct with a minor. He's been in jail since his arrest last march.
