Police search for Carthage gunman

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police are canvassing Carthage looking for a gunman. 

Authorities received a call from a man claiming to have been shot in the back around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. 

The call came from Caldwell Park. However, police can't be sure that the victim was shot in this area. 

The victim is currently in the hospital. His name and condition have not being released. 

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact CrimeStoppers at 513-352-3040.
