Due to the safety concerns of speeding drivers and to reduce user conflicts at Canyon Vista Campground, day-use parking for the Canyon Vista Trailhead Parking area (for access to the Arizona Trail, Sandy's Canyon Trail, and "The Pit" climbing area) has been relocated to the front of Canyon Vista Campground. Day-users are encouraged to park at the front of the campground and walk through the campground to get to their destinations.

Kinnickinick Lake Campground has been converted to a day-use site. It has picnic tables, restrooms and boat launching capabilities. There is no fee to use Kinnickinick Lake day-use site.

Upper Lake Mary day-use site has been configured to allow for a safer flow of traffic along Lake Mary Road. Visitors will be able to utilize the dedicated turn lanes to exit from Lake Mary Road into the day-use site.

  • Manzanita
  • Pine Flat East (partially open during dry season) and West campgrounds
