Services planned for teen killed in College Hill fire

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, OH (FOX19) - Services are planned for a 19-year-old man who died in a house fire in North College Hill.

It happened Tuesday around 10:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of Dallas Avenue.

Police were initially notified of a strange odor in the area. Upon investigation, authorities found a fire on the second floor of the home. Multiple departments responded to the scene. Fire crews say when they entered the home, there was heavy smoke and fire.

As crews made their way to the second floor, one person was found dead. The victim has been identified as Alexander Miller, 19, who lived in the home with his family.
