Klosterman Bakery expanding in Cincinnati, creating jobs

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Klosterman Baking Company is expanding production in their Cincinnati bakery, creating 40 jobs.

Company officials say the expansion comes in response to recent years of success and consistent growth of their products, including the recent launch of their Whole Wheat and 12 Grain bread with increased Vitamin D.

The production expansion will focus on the hot dog buns, hamburger buns, BBQ breads and foot long hot dog buns.  All of these products are available nationally through frozen distribution and fresh delivery in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

"It is always exciting to see our success grow and be able to expand on that with an additional production line.  One of our essential goals is growth and this expansion shows that we are taking the steps needed to build a stronger and more prominent brand," said Amy Ott, Director of Marketing for Klosterman Baking Company. "We believe this expansion will be a significant benefit to our entire production and we hope to see more in the coming years."

With the planned expansion, Klosterman Bakery is also looking to hire over 40 additional production line employees.  Those who are interested can visit www.klostermanbakery.com and apply online.
