CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
An Indian Hill man questioned in the death of a Mariemont
High School teenager pleaded guilty on Thursday.
Andrew Weber, 21, is accused of selling drugs to Collin
Barton in March of 2012.
Barton was later hit and killed by a car while walking home
from a party on Wooster Pike in Columbia Township.
Toxicology reports showed that Barton had pot and
psychedelic mushrooms in his system at the time of his death.
Officers say Weber sold $80 worth of hallucinogenic
mushrooms to Barton on March 17; the day before he died.
Weber faces a maximum of 5.5 years in prison. He will be
sentenced on July 15.
