MAUMEE, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A young man accused of shooting a man to death in Waterville was arraigned by video in Maumee Municipal Court Wednesday morning.

James Allen, 18, is the second person charged in the killing of businessman James Safadi. Investigators say Allen and Ronald Rooker, who was arraigned Tuesday, were involved in Safadi's death last month.

Both Allen and Rooker were given a $5 million bond.

Since Allen did not have an attorney present with him, his trial will be continued Thursday at 9 a.m.

Lucas County deputies are still looking for two others suspects involved in the murder. Anyone with more information is urged to contact police.
