(FOX19) - Some heavy rain is moving into the Tri-State Thursday morning, and scattered showers will remain through the afternoon.
Some areas have already seen up to an inch of rain this morning.
Look for a few storms to bring brief heavy downpours and rumbles of thunder. Highs today will top off in the upper 70s, under variable cloudiness and a slight mugginess in the air.
Tonight, temperatures will drop in the mid 60s with a chance for a few storms.
Friday we'll see a few showers before clearing out for the weekend. Saturday and Sunday look mainly dry and sunny with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s.
