An officer observed a vehicle peel out, smoking its tires when a stoplight turned green at Blue Ash and Galbraith.

The driver proceeded at a high rate of speed. The officer activated lights and siren and tried to catch up, but never got closer than 100 yards.

The suspect vehicle continued until it crashed where Blue Ash dead-ends at Cooper Road.

The suspect never hit the brakes and there were no skid marks
