CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Cincinnati Observatory is hosting a special event on Sunday to teach visitors about the sun.
Sun-Day Sunday Sundae includes programs about the Sun and tours of the Observatory's historic buildings. The event will also provide safe viewing of sunspots and solar flares through the Observatory's 1843 telescope.
As a special treat, sundaes will be provided to all those in attendance.
The event requires no reservations and will be held from 1:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m.
The cost of the event is $7 per person.
