FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) -

A Boone County man has been indicted for multiple daytime burglaries in the Oakbrook neighborhood.

The burglaries occurred over a three week period between the last week of May and the second week of June.

Brennan Durbin, 23,  of Valley Watch Drive, is charged with fourteen counts of Burglary, seven counts of theft by unlawful taking and five counts of theft by unlawful degree.  Another person was implicated with Durbin but remains unnamed at this point.

The couple's method of operation would be to drive through neighborhoods looking for houses with open garage doors.  One of them would walk into the garage and take items of value, primarily golf sets and accessories but also tools, and a chainsaw.  They then sold the goods, by their admissions, to support their heroin habits.

Anyone who has been victim to a similar burglary but yet unreported is asked to call the Boone County Sheriff's Office at (859) 334-2175.
